Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: April 17, 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Lonahbells ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our website as well as any other media form related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto. By accessing the site or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Event Bookings and Contracts

Submitting an inquiry through our site does not guarantee a booking. A booking is only considered finalized and confirmed once a formal consultation has occurred, a specific service agreement (contract) has been signed by both parties, and any required retainers/deposits have been paid in full.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

All event decoration bookings are subject to the cancellation and refund policies explicitly outlined in your specific signed service agreement. Generally, initial retainers or deposits are non-refundable, as they secure your date and cover initial planning and design labor.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property. All custom designs, audio, video, text, photographs of event setups, and graphics on the Site are owned or controlled by Lonahbells. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

5. Service Execution and Venues

While we strive for perfection in bringing your vision to life, we are subject to the rules, regulations, and access timelines dictated by your chosen venue. Lonahbells is not liable for incomplete setups or missing elements if the venue denies access, restricts timeline, or prohibits specific decorative items.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions and your use of the Site and Services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas applicable to agreements made and to be entirely performed within the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
